Tate Andale shop overhauls extend the useful life of industrial strainers. Tate Andale is able to renew aging, heavy-duty, strainers that are struggling to function properly. Overhauls include factory inspections of all reusable parts, cleaning and sandblasting of heavy duty castings, reassembly with new wearing parts and seals, a hydrostatic test, a functional test, and a one year factory warranty.
Our shop retrofit program is available to provide fully programmable automation to aging manual equipment. Our most popular models for overhaul and retrofit are the Model AL and Model R duplex twin-basket industrial strainers. We have successfully completed overhauls and retrofits on Model AL and Model R industrial strainers with over five decades of wear.
